Plywood hot press is carried out in a multi-layer hot press machine. When using a multi-layer press with a plate unloader, the working procedure is: first load the pre-compressed slabs one by one into the loading rack, and then push a car of slabs into the hot press through the loading machine. The press is closed, the pressure is increased, and kept under a certain pressure for a period of time. After the glue layer is cured, the board is unloaded into the loading rack, thus completing a hot pressing cycle. When using manual loading and unloading, the slab is directly loaded into the hot press, and after the hot pressing is finished, the pressed plywood is manually unloaded.
The entire hot pressing process, that is, each hot pressing cycle can be divided into three stages: the first stage is plate loading, press closing and pressure boosting stage; the second stage is pressure holding stage; the third stage is pressure reduction and pressure plate opening and unloading stage.
