Teeth Roller & Nose Bar Spindleless Veneer Lathe (Gangi) is a new kind of Spindleless veneer peeling machine that has the advantages of Spindle Veneer Peeler and Fiber Tenderizer.

Compared to traditional spindleless veneer lathe, where the peeled veneer thickness tolerance is ±0.1-0.15mm, the TNB Spindleless Veneer lathe can control the veneer thickness tolerance within ±0.05-0.06mm, and increases the veneer output by approximately 3%.

The peeled veneer is flatter with less warping and deformation, so the veneer drying efficiency improves by approximately 10-15%; post-drying veneer shrinkage decreases 2-3% and heat consumption reduces by about 5-8%.

The veneer's surface is smooth, with fewer and shallower rough areas (chicken claw patterns), making it easier for veneer composing and plywood sanding.
